Mount Cotopaxi is the most popular climb in Ecuador because of its stunning views of the crater at the summit and because backpackers with no mountain climbing experience can attempt the climb.
Chimborazo is the largest mountain in Ecuador and its 6,310 meters (20,565 ft) equatorial summit is the closest point to the sun on Earth. Our experienced high-altitude mountain guides are certified with the Ministry of Environment and Tourism to work inside Chimborazo National Park as well as ASEGUIM, the national mountain climbing association of Ecuador.

Day 1
Riobamba- Cotopaxi
Transfer to Jose Rivas Refuge at 5000mts Cotopaxi National Park – Dinner is served at 5 pm
Day 5
Cotopaxi Summit
Midnight start the Climb, Reach summit between 6-8 am, Return to refuge, for breakfast, drive back to Latacunga.
Day 3
Rest and Recover
Rest and recover, with aclimatization at 4000m.
Day 4
Riobamba- Chimborazo
Transfer to Carrell REfugeat 5000mts Chimborazo National Park – Dinner is served at 5 pm
Day 5
Chimborazo Summit
Midnight start the Climb, Reach summit between 6-8 am, Return to the refuge, for breakfast, drive back to Riobamba.
